In partnership with SORCE, Authenica’s executive cohort participated in a 30-day experience designed to understand, manage, and renew human energy. Using HRV (Heart Rate Variability) as a key biomarker, participants gained real-time insights into their stress response, recovery capacity, and performance readiness.
