Pricing & Enrollment

The Practice 30-Day Experience is a $499 investment.

Enrollment is by application to ensure the experience is a strong mutual fit. Following your application, you'll be invited to a brief 15-minute call to assess alignment. This call is complimentary and does not guarantee enrollment.


Scholarship opportunities are available and can be discussed after your application is submitted. All scholarships are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All Your Materials In One Place

Once The Practice begins, you’ll receive access to the SORCE App, where all materials will be housed.

Within the app, you’ll find educational videos, downloadable PDFs, and replays of the live sessions. You’ll also use the app each morning to complete a brief HRV assessment, allowing you to track your nervous system health throughout the experience.
