Hi, I’m Linda Lange, Energy Expert and Host of the Raise Your Energy Podcast.I help individuals and teams to learn how to change based on the concepts of neuroscience. My vision is to help everyone who struggles with burnout to experience how awesome their life can truly be.I experienced burnout myself a few years ago and not just recovered but changed into a version of myself that will never burnout ever again.
Now I want to spread the word about how everyone can do that - which I do weekly on my podcast.The program “Change Your Mind … Create New Results” teaches my clients the fundamental process of change which they then implement into their lives. It is my mission to support them on this change journey!

What is HRV?
HRV (heart rate variability) is a biomarker you were born with and you want a lot of it. In short, the higher your HRV Score is the more vital, healthy and energized you are. The lower your HRV Score is, the less you are able to handle challenges and demands.
